We produce our Gavi in the renowned Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin region, where the finest examples are made from the Monterotondo cru and a selection of Barbera. In the eighteenth-century cellars of Villa Sparina, the bottles of Metodo Classico Brut Blanc de Blancs, a sparkling wine that will impress you with its intensity and freshness, age on the lees for more than 42 months.
