In London, within the elegant setting of the Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel, the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2026 honoured Villa Sparina Resort with the title of “Best Dining Experience”, a prize that celebrates outstanding gastronomic experiences in boutique hospitality worldwide. A recognition that confirms the quality of the path Villa Sparina has cultivated over time, uniting cuisine, hospitality and territory.

For over forty years, the Awards for Excellence have been among the most respected distinctions in the world of luxury hospitality, promoted by Condé Nast, the publisher of Vogue, Vanity Fair and Condé Nast Traveller. The selection follows rigorous criteria, including service, attention to detail, overall experience and the ability to interpret one’s territory with authenticity.
“It is a gesture of appreciation that honours us,” says Tiziana Moccagatta, who leads the hospitality project of Villa Sparina together with her family, “because it recognises an idea of hospitality rooted in respect for our land and in the desire to offer genuine experiences, where wine, cuisine and warm welcome find their most authentic rhythm.” A synthesis of the daily work carried out by the kitchen of the restaurant La Gallina and by the dining room team, both essential in shaping the experience.
