We sanitise all common areas on a daily basis using special bactericidal and virucidal products.

Sanitising rooms
Most of our rooms have large windows that provide good ventilation. The rooms are sanitised using special bactericidal and virucidal products whenever there is a change of guest.
In addition, we have intensified the daily cleaning and sanitising rota, with particular attention being paid to objects you are likely to touch.

PRIVACY AND SOCIAL DISTANCING

Check-in and check-out
Check-in can be partially completed before arrival in order to minimise close contact with the reception staff as much as possible. We prefer contactless payment during check-out.

Restaurants and bars

Our restaurants and bars guarantee adequate distancing between tables as required by current regulations.

Swimming pool
Our swimming pool is sanitised and constantly supervised, and the capacity rules are respected in order to enable social distancing.

Security manager
We have appointed a security manager who is responsible for constantly monitoring the application of measures to guarantee the safety of guests and staff.
Staff access the hotel via a dedicated and monitored entrance where their temperature is measured.

Staff training
All our staff have been trained in the application and supervision of measures to protect the health and safety of guests and staff in accordance with WHO guidelines, and those of the relevant government bodies. Strict security protocols have also been implemented for access to the facility by suppliers.

In the event that you have to postpone your stay due to government-mandated measures to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, we will withhold your deposit and any pre-payment for a period of 12 months so that you can select an alternative date.
