The Chef: Graziano Caccioppoli

Ambitious, determined and courageous.

That's how we like to define our Chef Graziano Cacciopoli who, after spending time in multi-starred kitchens, in 2021 obtained his first star in a Genoese restaurant. This important goal has not stopped him; his tenacity has led him to face a new challenge in the middle of our hills to seek new stimuli through the tradition of our territory.

Who is Graziano?

Born in 1985, originally from Vico Equense, after the hotel school and a long apprenticeship, he arrived in 2004 at "Villa Crespi" by Antonino Cannavacciuolo, before landing "Da Vittorio" in Brusaporto in 2011. After three years, he flies to Bulgaria with "One Table" and then, in 2016, to Japan at "Mizuki", where he learns Kaiseki cuisine. In the same year, he returned to Campania to enrich his skills at the starred restaurant "Capo la Gala" and, two years later, at the "Carlton" in Saint Moritz. In 2021, he moved to Genoa and became Executive Chef at "San Giorgio", where he earned his coveted first Michelin star. In March 2022, he began his adventure in Monterotondo, in the hills of Gavi.
